Proudly grown in Alberta.

Ceres was founded in an Alberta college dorm room with the mission to create a more sustainable and delicious food system. Since then, we've become one of the largest specialty mushroom farms in the Canadian prairies with an 11,000lb per week growing capacity.

Celebrating 10 years

In 2025, Ceres celebrated its 10 year anniversary and a decade of specialty mushroom innovation.
